When you enable Arvan Cloud’s CDN service for your website, and your website is not available on some ISPs, please do the following steps:

Checking the firewall settings of the main server hosting the website: As a first step to resolve this issue, head over to your website host’s main server settings and ensure that Arvan Cloud’s IPs are whitelisted in your website host’s main server firewall. There are two guides you can use to whitelist Arvan Cloud’s IPs:

How To Whitelist Arvan Cloud’s IPs in Iptables?

How To Whitelist Arvan Cloud’s IPs in Htaccess?

In the event that you do not have direct access to the website host’s main server and its settings, make sure to contact your website host so they can configure these settings for you.

Checking the rate-limiting settings on the main host server of your website: Make sure to check the rate-limiting (access rate limit) settings on the main server hosting the website to determine if a default number for the maximum allowed request has been specified. If you cannot access your main host server, consult with your website host company about this issue.

When none of the above steps fixes your website’s problem, go to the “Support” section of the ArvanCloud user panel which is located in the top menu of the website, select the “New Request” option and register a ticket to discuss the issue with the ArvanCloud support team and make the necessary changes to resolve the issue.
