One of the features of ArvanCloud CDN is the option to forward domain logs to different third-party services and monitoring tools. Besides sending logs to SysLog servers, you can also send your domain logs to ArvanCloud, DigitalOcean, Amazon, or Alibaba cloud storages and other services such as Kafka, Datadog, and Loggly.

This guide will show you how to set up Loggly to start receiving logs from ArvanCloud.

Configure Loggly

Loggly is a SaaS software solution for managing log data. Using Loggly log management software, you will be able to transfer logs to a platform that allows you to analyze the data. To start, all we need to do is create an account with Loggly. Then we will go to the “Source Setup” section and create a token in the “Logs” menu.

To ensure that the settings are correct, we will send a test log using the curl command.

You can view the log of this request in Loggly as well as in the Explorer section. From the Logs menu, navigate to the Logs Explorer section, choose the Last 10 Minutes filter, and then search for the word ArvanCloud to check this report.

To use Loggly and send ArvanCloud logs, we will go to the User Panel and, after choosing the domain name, to the Send Logs section. Here we create a new log and select Loggly from different destinations.

On the last page of the Loggly destination address, we will enter the token and settings for sending logs from ArvanCloud and save them.

In the end, any report sent from ArvanCloud’s CDN will be visible in Loggly, and you can easily create charts to navigate the logs in more detail.
